"Ride to work"

I brought my GMC Envoy to Elhart to fix a leaking tire, check out a stability track warning light and perform an oil change.  Dropping off the vehicle was fast and efficient and I appreciated the ride to work.  Elhart was not able to fix the leaking tire because there was a nail near the sidewall and difficult to plug.  I was promptly picked up at the end of the day, quickly paid for my services and was on my way.  All Elhart personanel were extremely friendly.

I was overdue for an oil change and received a (helpful) reminder card in the mail too.  I have been out of town, on granny "babby call" and was only home for a short weekend., but i was planning on bringing in my Bonneville 2002 for an oil change that very Monday morning.  Well, as fate would have it, my oil engine light came on at 11:00am Saturday morning!  The engine light made me too anxious to wait till Monday (after all, it was my baby call duties that stressed me out).  The service attendant squeezed my into a tight Saturday morning schedule! Whew, was i relieved..I know it was only an oil change, but it meant so much to this granny-to-be, as I am good to go!  I love Elhart Service and their people!  They really seem to care about their customers, especially us single women!  They have taken excellent care of me and my Bonneville for thirteen years! My car is in great condition too!

The insurance agent recommended Elhart Collision.  The vehicle was ready on time, but I wasn't informed until late in the day.  I picked the vehicle up on Saturday.  I was not charged for the loaner vehicle.  My husband and I had made arrangements to pick up and drop off the vehicle.  We both felt the personnel did an excellent job.  I was delighted with this business and appreciated the customer service.

We just want to thank everyone on the staff at Elhart NIssan for making the purchase of our new vehicles a smooth and enjoyable endeavor.  Now that we have two NV's, a Frontier and an Altima I think it's safe to say Nissan is making the cars and trucks that fit out needs.  When you couple that with the high level of service we experience from your sales, service and finance people it makes a winning combination.  It's well worth the drive out of Grand Rapids when you know you will be treated right so as long as Nissan keeps making great vehicles, we know the best place to buy them!

I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate the service that your company gives.  When it comes to service and sales you are number 1.  I have not purchased a vehicle in a while, but I still rememeber the service I received when I bought my vehicle.  I had credit problems, but the payment was "very" reasonable and affordable.  Finance was the best, worked with me as if credit had not been an issue.  That is great, in a time when one feels as if service has gone out of the window.  Working in the service industry for over 15 years causes me to expect service excellence your company is an example of great service.  Recently I had friend who neede a car I referred her to your dealership.  She let me know that she really appreciated how she was treated.  I have referred everyone I know to you and every time I see the Elhart symbol on the back of the car I smile and say I like that company.  Integrity goes a long way.  Thank you.

This is the third vehicle that we have bought from Skye and he has been great to work with every time.  We have shopped around for our vehicles at many different places, but in the end we always end up back at Elhart primarily because we know Skye will get us a fair price, treat us well, and make sure that things go smoothly before and after the purchase.  Your service staff is also a huge part of our repeat business, so please lat all the people involved that they are doing a greaat job.

We puechased a 2013 Acadia Denali.  We worked with Skye and Robert and could not have been more pleased with their help.  They did not put pressure on us to buy a particular automobile but gently led us in the direction we needed to go to make a decision.  They answered all our questions and were very patient as we were quite indecisive about what we wanted.  We drove several cars and came back a couple of times before making a decision.  We visited five other dealerships and this was by far our best experience.

Jon in GMC Service and Trevor in GMC Sales talked with me about the rear window defroster and Trevor suggested that John call GMC about the rear window replacement.  I had purchased the GMC Acadia Denali new in 2011 and it was just out of warranty; however, had purchased a full bumper to bumper extended warranty.  Jon came back with GMC offering to replace the rear window under warranty at their cost of $500.00 if I would pay the $100.00 installation.  This worked out excellent and for the installation I was provided a loaner vehicle to use to get to work.  Great job by, Jon, Trevor and Priscilla coordinating everything.  Great to be associated with such customer serviced Elhart employees.

"They always listen to my problem completely"

I have serviced my vehicles at Elhart ever since relocating to West Michigan in 2006.  Your service department has always impressed me.  It is very important to have trust in those that work on or diagnose my vehicle.  I am always greeted and treated with courtesy, respect, and a smile!  This is what keeps me coming back...they always listen to my problem completely without ever cutting me off mid sentence, even if they already know the problem that I am referencing.  They are always helpful and understanding to obtain exactly what I need and when I need it...a loaner vehicle for example.  I have four children and I cannot take a small car to drive while my larger vehicle is being serviced.  This has NEVER been an issue at Elhart.  I say what I need and I get it.  Shuttle service, loaner vehicle, same day appointment, I have never had a bad experience with your service department!  I am thankful to have a dealership I can trust!  My patronage will continue with Elhart in the future with no question...hands down Elhart is the best!! Thank you for everything!!!

I only marked one "no" regarding follow up contact with me after the sale of the vehicle.  This is likely due to my salesperson having a baby the day after I took possession of my vehicle.  I am extremely happy with my saleperson (Skye) and believe he went above and beyond to get me into Hyundai.  I had put a deposit on a vehicle but was actively pricing competitors' vehicles at other dealerships.  Skye continued to follow up with me months after our initial contact making me aware of special deals or financing.  He was not pushy or overbearing but came across instead as caring and passionate about finding me the right deal to get me into Hyundai.  Ultimately his persistence resulted in communicating a promotion I couldn't refuse.  I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and with the way Skye and Elhart handled their interactions with me.  He even called me from the hospital on the day his wife was supposed to have the baby to make sure I knew who was giong to help me with final paperwork to complete the lease.

I had a Nissan Altima delivered to my door yesterday as a replacement for my higher mileage Malibu.  The car had been in storage after a rep was displaced, so Amerifleet had an oil change and tire rotation preformed prior to drop off.  Unfortunately, the oil shop didn't rest my dials so I spent the better of my day driving to Cadillac and back tinkering with my dials-but with no success.  I made a quick stop into your dealership, walked into the service department, and was kindly greeted immediately, by Heather, who jumped out of her chair and proceeded to my car where she showed me how to reset everything-even the "it is cold outside"!  I really appreciated her willingess to help and to do it so quickly.  You have definitely instilled a great sense of pride and ownership in your employees.

This is my third Hyundai and I continue to be impressed!!  But the service I received at Elhart went above and beyond my expecations!!  My salesperson, Dave Umlor, made buying this car so easy!!!  I never knew buying a car could actually be fun!!  He went out his way to find me the exact Tucson that I was looking for!  He stayed in touch throughout the entire process and was able to answer my infinite amount of questions.  His customer service was outstanding!  I also has a great experience signing all of the paperwork.  That part is usually the worst, but Caryn Knapp even made that fun.  I will definitely be bringing my car to Elhart for all my service as well as taking advantage of the car washes you offer.  That is a GREAT bonus!  I can't thank you enough for my beautiful new Tucson!  I will obviously recommend your dealership and Dave Umlor to anyone looking for a new car with excellent service.

Tire rotation, all of that went well.  Checking to see if the rear defrost window will be covered under warranty.  Did not snow last year so did not have an opportunity to check this out until January when it snowed this year...one wire broken and service manager stated the vehicle is just over the warrantly miles.  Believe that everything should be checked to ensure proper operation each time the vehicle comes in for service when under warranty and not just leave this up to the owner.  Service manager was very polite and curteous.

Recently our check engine light came on in our '06 Torrent and the following day the car was difficult to start and when it did it would stall.  We had to have it towed in and after a thorough diagnostic evaluation the technician found we needed a new fuel pump.  We were able to pick it up the next day, but the best news is that because we had purchased an extended warranty the only charge to us was $100, versus $945.  So we recommend you see your salesperson at Elhart to discuss the extended warranty and its benefits and to trust your car to the experts at Elhart.  Thank you Chrissy!
