PROFESSIONAL...That is the word I would use to describe the staff at Elhart Nissan in Holland, Michigan.
Everything from my first call to the dealership to the final sale were handled in the most professional manner.
Martin Gomez is an excellent salesman.  He is helpful, and he goes the extra mile to make buying a car a pleasure.  When I first called him about the car I saw online, he was eager to answer all of my questions, and he provided me with all the information I requested.  He was honest and he listened to what I had to say.  I felt very confident working with him.  If you decide to go to the Elhart dealership, I highly recommend asking for Martin.
Jeff Potter handles the financing.  He know what he is doing, and he makes financing a car seem easy.  He has a great sense of humor.  You will love working with him, too.
When I said that the staff, Martin Gomez in particular, go the extra mile, I mean just that.  The car that I purchased had a full tank of gas to take me home!  As an added service, Martin drove my old car to my house the next day.  Now that is service!
I give the Elhart dealership an A+ when it comes to selling cars.  I will go back the next time I buy a car, and I will tell all of my friends about my very positive car buying experience.

I am going into the second month of owing my new Hyundai Accent, and am exceedingly happy with it.  I walked into Elhart Hyundai unsure of whether I would be able to find the car I wanted, but the staff there was very helpful, and worked hard for me, in order to get me into the car I wanted.  My salesperson Joel kept things easy, and all the staff I met were very helpful.  I didn't think I would be able to afford a new car, but they helped me pick the right one, and find the best financing options.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

"He explained every feature and function"

Doug is a true professional.  We made the rounds and visited the web sites for all the typical suspects and were quite honestly shocked at how poor most auto dealers are run and how some salesmen just really don't want to sell a truck.
Doug was patient with us as we decided between 2 different trucks.  He explained every feature and function very clearly without being pushy to keep us moving.  He spoke to my wife and myself with equal attention in the decision process and made sure we were both comfortable with our decision.

"Service was patient and helpful as I explained what I needed"

My great service started with the call I made to schedule an appointment the receptionist was enthusiastic, (not like I was an interruption to her day).  The man I spoke to in service was patient and helpful as I explained what I needed.  When I came in for my scheduled appointment to have additional intelligent keys programmed, and inadvertantly locked the only working key in the vehicle, Jeff Dalman had a man from service "break into" my car and retrieve my key system.  They were both very kind and helpful.  Elhart service successfully completed their work at a very reasonable price.  I am totally satisfied.

"Real asset to your staff"

I had the bad luck to have been involved in an auto accident on my way back from Florida.  I did however have the good fortune to decide to take my car to Elhart for my collision repair.
The accident had me in a state of flux, but your customer relations people like Priscilla took very good care of me.  I was not my usual self during that week, but Priscilla was truly understand of my lateness for my drop-off and other irritating behavior I generally don't exhibt.
I have never written a letter commending workers for doing an excellent job, because it rarely occurs.  But Elhart should be proud to have dedicated employees like Priscilla, she is a real asset for your staff.

"So needless to say, I've been telling everyone of my experience"

My first time, EVERYONE was friendly and professional, right down to the young man that checked the fluids.  I appreciate that, since I'm a woman, sometimes there can be a lack of respect.  I dealt with Jon Shannon, very nice individual!  He's a KEEPER!  I called him with a couple of questions and he was very patient, kind and respectable.  Your garage fixed a heating issue I had that, where the car lot I purchased the car from told me "there was nothing wrong".  Turned out the coolant had debris and was plugging up the heater core.  So needless to say, I've been telling everyone of my experience.  I'm bringing it back for new brakes and transmission and brake line flush.

I am a repeat customer at this shop.  I do not go to anyone that rates less than a ten out of a scale of one to ten.  I used to be an insurance agent before I retired, so I have seen a lot of damage and a lot repairs done.  This is a good shop, and their work is the best.  I go to this shop because to the paint work.  The quality of the paint itself that they use is superior to anything else.  I have recommended them to my insurance agent.

"I appreciate you all so much"

Wanted to let you know personally what great service I experienced this past month on my Maxima.  I brought it in before Thanksgiving with what I believed were transmission issues (I-a woman-was right) but Rod and Paul found an issues with the throttle and replaced that.  When they checked via road test there was still another issues- transmission- and so they got the warranty company to come see, order parts for value cover and set me up with that cute Nissan Cube- thank you for making that avilable for me!  When parts didn't come in after Thanksgiving weekend, they reordered, and helped make that repair, all under warrantly.  Then when Paul drove it, he noticed some vibration in the steering column, which he and I had both attributed to needing new rotors, but I opted to delay that expense till next year.  Still he felt there was a steering issue, so again got the warranty guy there and got that covered for me as well (new steering column) all under my $100 deductible!  AND I had a fuel-efficient, adorable car to drive for three weeks!  Needless to say, I'm pretty happy about the customer service you provide there at Elhart, and wanted to give a special thanks to Paul and to Rod for taking the time and care with me on this car issue.  My car is so important to my business and I'm thrilled to have been able to get these great things done so well.  Oh, and did I mention they washed and vacuumed it as well before I picked it up?  So thanks to the Elhart staff- I appreciate you all so much.

I am located in Lowell Michigan and the dealership is located in Holland Michigan - about 50 miles away.  There are closer Nissan dealerships.  Although I would highly recommend this dealership - they are truly outstanding.  Dustin was an outstanding salesman.  He went above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction.  He is a gifted salesman.  Great with working with people both on a personal and professional level.  He drove all the way to Lowell to pick me up so I could pick up my new car.  I live on a lake in Lowell, he actually pulled to the side of the road and took a turtle out of the road- Great Guy!!!!

I went back to Elhart after my car was serviced at another dealership to repair the leak.  The service manager was polite, listened to my concerns, and reimbursed me for the repairs I incurred to fix the leak while I was on the other side of the state.  I was pleased with the interaction and will use Elhart again.  Elhart handled the matter very professionally.

I found the vehicle on gmc.com.  I reached out to Robert.  He provided me a description.  We scheduled a test drive.  I provided a deposit.  He was not high pressure.  I was provided my final cost prior to arrival.  Unfortunately, we got lost and arrived just before 4 on a Friday.  We drove the car, obtained a check, completed the paper work and were out the door in about an hour and half.  No games attached -- loved that!!!! I want to write to tell you how happy I was with your and Tony Lungaro's help the last couple weeks.  As you recall, I came in two weeks ago to have you look at the rust on the frame of my 2008 GMC Sierra Crew Cab (42,000 miles).  With the weather warming up and my getting to do the first hand car wash of the season, I noticed that the soft coat on the frame looked very bad.  In the areas were holes are punched through the frame, the soft coat was pealing and rust was forming.  You took a look at it along with your Service Manager and it was suggested that Tony see it.  Tony took some pictures and a piece of the soft coat that had completely peeled away from the frame.  He said he would send the picture into GMC to get their take on this.  I left the dealership thinking that you guys were very nice but that GMC probably wouldn't do anything about this.  To my suprise, both you and Tony called two days later and said that GMC would take care of it.  I set up an appointment with Tony's collision shop for couple days later, and after two days his team had the frame stripped and re-coated.  It lloked great!  Tony told me that he had the Area Service Person from GMC come to the dealership twice to review the work to show just how extensive the rust had manifested.  You guys under promised and over delivered! I thank you!

The only thing that i disliked is that the Expedition only came with 1 key, and that was for the ignition, so there are no door keys.  Therefore if the remote stops working I am up the creek without a paddle.  I can not get it re-keyed through Ford because it is older than 2000.  Other than that WE are VERY SATISFIED.  Just want to thank everyone that assisted us in this transaction.  Mona, Austin, Tait, Jeff Schaap, Dewy, Kelsey and Jennifer.  You all truly worked as a team on Saturday to get us done! "Best Car Buying Experience"

This was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had.  Our salesman, Doug Wiler, was exceptionally helpful and patient with my husband who is disabled.  He brought vehicles to us and positioned them so that my husband had to walk as little as possible to see and enter them.  We continued to have a great experience with Doug throughout the purchasing process.  I never felt pressured or rushed and the negotiations went quickly and smoothly.  We are more than happy with out new Tucson and with Elhart.  I have already told several people about the great experience we had.  Thank you for making our purchase so pleasant and stress free.
